Zusammenfassung

Flex is seeking an HR Data Analyst located in Guadalajara, Campus, to transform workforce data into meaningful reports and insights for HR leaders. You will develop dashboards, automate reporting, and partner with HR and Leadership teams to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in Business Administration or related field, advanced Power BI and SQL skills, experience with HR data and HRIS, and English proficiency.

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Experience in HR Analytics, Data Analytics, BI, or HR Reporting roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and dashboard development.
• Experience with SQL and data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with HR data, HR metrics, and HRIS systems.
• Automation tools such as Power Automate, Copilot, Python, Power Query is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Intermediate-advanced English skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze HR data from multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports related to workforce metrics (headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, promotions, diversity).
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks and provide actionable recommendations to HR leadership.
• Design and implement data governance practices and master data management for HR data.
• Support HR systems and HRIS data management, including employee records and organizational structures.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Operations, and Leadership teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Develop and automate reporting processes using Power Automate, SQL, Power BI, Copilot, Python, or similar tools.
• Pull and analyze data from Workday and other enterprise systems to support decisions.
• Ensure consistency, availability, and reliability of HR metrics and reporting structures.
• Create predictive and trend analyses for workforce planning and retention strategies.
• Prepare presentations and executive summaries to communicate findings and recommendations.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a HR Data Analyst located in Guadalajara, Campus. Reporting to the HR Generalist the HR Data Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and operational expertise to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and strategic impact of Human Resources. This role will maintain, consolidate, validate, and analyze HR data from multiple sources, develop executive dashboards, automate reporting processes, and provide actionable insights that drive data-based decision making across the HR organization. The position will serve as a key partner for HR leaders by transforming workforce data into meaningful reports, trends, and recommendations related to headcount, hiring, attrition, retention, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.

What a typical day looks like:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze HR data from multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports related to workforce metrics, including headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, promotions, diversity, and organizational trends.
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks within the workforce and provide actionable recommendations to HR leadership.

• Prepare presentations and executive summaries to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, automation, and analytical innovation.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering o similar.
• Experience in HR Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or HR Reporting roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and dashboard development.
• Experience with SQL and data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience working with HR data, HR metrics, and HRIS systems.
• Experience with automation tools such as: Power Automate, Copilot, Python, Power Query, AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus.
• Ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for HR and business leaders.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Intermediate-advanced English skills.
