Axiom is seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst to join the Guadalajara North campus, reporting to the Business Systems Analyst. You will explore complex business problems and design automated, customized systems to improve efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities include managing IT applications, supporting IT services, developing onboarding plans, and educating users across email, phone, live chat, and in-person channels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing required.
• Experience reading and interpreting complex documents.
• SQL knowledge and data analysis skills.
• Experience Troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze situations with multiple factors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support IT applications and propose new tools.
• Provide physical and technical support for IT services.
• Develop onboarding, adoption and training plans.
• Build communications templates and onboarding cadence.
• Identify growth opportunities and ensure IT services adoption.
• Monitor user experience KPIs and act as trusted advisor.
• Educate users via email, phone, live chat or in person.
• Support lifecycle from onboarding to retention.
