Job summary

Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Human Resources generalist to support onboarding, payroll data preparation, and benefits administration. You will liaise with managers across the organization to meet HR needs while ensuring labour code compliance.

The role requires strong English communication, relationship-building with cross-functional teams, and the ability to handle confidential information in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, HR, or related field.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and local labour laws.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization; strong communication.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee relations programs and respond to questions and grievances.
• Maintain employee relations records and ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with Latam Talent Team on compliance projects.
• Work with finance and payroll to provide required data and support.
• Maintain personal files and issue onboarding and offboarding documentation.
• Support talent-related reports and process improvements.
