Job summary

Corning seeks an HR Shared Services Senior Coordinator to deliver standardized, compliant HR services across the employee lifecycle. You will support onboarding and offboarding and leverage HR systems and analytics to enhance service delivery.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Benefits, maintain SOPs, support leadership reporting, and monitor HR tools to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year experience in HR/Shared Services or related.
• Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking with customer focus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lifecycle activities like onboarding and offboarding using standardized procedures.
• Manage data updates, case management, and inquiries with high service levels.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity per policies and regs.
• Evaluate workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
• Use HR systems and advanced Excel to resolve issues and spot trends.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update SOPs reflecting policy changes and best practices.
• Support leadership reporting with analyses and KPI insights.
• Monitor HR tools, identify trends, and raise improvement opportunities.
