Real Hires LLC is seeking an HR Employee Coordinator who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and staying organized. You’ll support employees from onboarding to offboarding, track attendance, address concerns, and help create a positive work experience.

Formación

• Experience in HR coordination or similar role.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to handle sensitive concerns with empathy and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct onboarding and Day 1 sessions.
• Support employees from first day to last, coordinate onboarding.
• Monitor attendance and performance concerns.
• Address employee concerns and follow up as needed.
• Keep HR records up to date in Monday.com.
