OSW Mexico is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our operations in Mexico and our small team in Texas, USA. You will collaborate with the Global HR Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver practical HR support across the employee lifecycle, including payroll, onboarding, and HRIS management using Rippling.

This role requires strong knowledge of Mexican employment law, payroll coordination experience, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• 5+ years in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican employment legislation.
• Experience coordinating payroll and HRIS (Rippling).

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end HR support across Mexico and the USA.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll with Finance and external providers.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support managers with performance and employee relations.
• Ensure legal compliance under Mexican employment law.
• Drive HR process improvements and HR reporting.
