You will support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, and employee relations, acting as a strategic partner for staff and management.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of Mexican labor law, and experience with HR systems like Workday. Availability to travel approx. 40% may be needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in HR role with payroll, recruitment, and labor relations.
• Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law and HR compliance.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate payroll processes and benefits administration.
• Advise managers on labor relations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations (STPS).
