The Standard, Mexico City is seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator who thrives behind the scenes, coordinating complex events with precise attention to detail. You will act as the link between clients and hotel teams, ensuring seamless handoffs and flawless execution across all touchpoints.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or events experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality, event coordination, sales support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate group bookings and event details from confirmation through execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and hotel teams, ensuring clear communication every step of the way.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, event orders, and other sales documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Partner with Sales, Events, Food & Beverage, Operations, and Revenue to ensure every experience runs smoothly.
• Track timelines, rooming lists, event details, and client requests, making sure nothing gets lost along the way.
• Support the Sales & Events team with administrative coordination, reporting, and follow-up.
• Help create an experience that feels organized, thoughtful, and unmistakably The Standard.
