As a leader in hospitality, you will master the menu, coordinate with the kitchen, coach team members, and uphold health and safety regulations on site. This role rewards dedication to warm, light-filled guest service.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily outlet operations and uphold guest service standards.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and assist guests with selections.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements to dining experiences.
• Record orders in the POS and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen on menu inquiries, timing, and dietary needs.
• Provide on-the-floor supervision and coaching to the team.
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
