Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily restaurant operations: oversee outlet operations, guest service standards, product quality, and adherence to policies.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences: monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, address issues, and drive improvements.
• Guide the team through each shift: on-the-floor supervision, scheduling support, and mentorship to foster a positive, productive environment.
• Contribute to revenue growth: assist with marketing initiatives and up-selling to promote F&B sales and profitability.
• Uphold regulatory standards: ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness compliance.
