Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks Head of Customer Experience in Mexico to lead strategy for satisfaction, retention, and loyalty across locations. You will manage a customer-facing team and build scalable processes that turn first-time visitors into loyal customers.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations, develop personalized engagement, strengthen membership performance, and optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in customer experience, retention, loyalty, or related field.
• Experience leading a customer-facing team.
• Proven ability to implement retention and membership strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead CX strategy across locations and drive repeat revenue.
• Develop scalable processes and a centralized knowledge base.
• Oversee customer support channels and service metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations for retention campaigns.
• Own dashboards for customer satisfaction and revenue metrics.
