MezTal is seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Manager (CXM) in Guadalajara, Jalisco, to manage U.S. and Canada client relationships within the Senior Living technology sector. This role combines relationship-building with data-driven customer success tactics to drive adoption, retention, and growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure client success, deliver reviews, and shape a scalable customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience managing client relationships in the U.S./North American market preferred.
• Professional/Advanced English required for US/Canadian clients.
• Valid U.S. visa and travel availability up to 30%.
• Experience with Senior Living, healthcare, technology, or SaaS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with client executives, operational teams, and other key stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and execute tailored customer success plans aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews to measure success and provide strategic recommendations.
• Monitor health metrics and adoption data to identify opportunities or risks.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve platform adoption and retention.
