Job summary

Albo, empresa tecnológica líder, busca un Gerente de Recursos Humanos Estratégico para dirigir RR.HH. en Monterrey, NL. El rol ejecutará estrategias alineadas a la misión corporativa y supervisará adquisición de talento, relaciones laborales, desempeño y beneficios.

Se requiere maestría en RR.HH. y al menos 10 años de experiencia, con 5 en roles directivos. Se valorará experiencia en entornos de rápido crecimiento y dominio de HRIS y cumplimiento legal mexicano.

Qualifications

• Maestría en RR.HH., administración o campo relacionado
• 10+ años de experiencia en RR.HH., mínimo 5 años en rol de liderazgo
• Experiencia en estrategias de RR.HH. para empresas tecnológicas o de rápido crecimiento
• Conocimiento sólido de RR.HH. y cumplimiento de leyes laborales mexicanas
• Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación e interpersonal
• Capacidad para influir y colaborar con la alta dirección
• Experiencia en gestión del cambio y desarrollo organizacional
• Competencia en HRIS y otras tecnologías de RR.HH.
• Fluidez en español e inglés

Responsibilities

• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de RR.HH. alineadas a objetivos del negocio
• Supervisar operaciones de RR.HH.: adquisición, engagement, desempeño, compensación y beneficios
• Liderar el equipo de RR.HH. con mentoría y apoyo
• Asesorar a la alta dirección en diseño organizacional y planificación de plantilla
• Desarrollar políticas de RR.HH. y asegurar cumplimiento legal
• Fomentar cultura inclusiva y de alto rendimiento
• Gestionar relaciones laborales y aplicación de políticas

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Oversee all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and benefits.
• Lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Partner with senior leadership to advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that attracts and retains top talent.
• Manage employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
• Oversee talent management and succession planning programs.
• Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (HR Manager, Director, or Head of HR).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a technology or fast-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of all HR functions, including Mexican labor law and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with executive leadership.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
