You will drive outbound prospecting, manage CRM records, and assist in proposals and RFPs across cross-functional teams. The role requires 2-5 years in related roles, fluent English, and strong B2B communication. Collaboration with revenue teams and partners is key; experience with AI tools is a plus.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, customer success, recruiting, or a related role.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong B2B communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience conducting prospecting activities and managing sales pipelines.
• Experience working with CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
• Schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential clients.
• Qualify leads and coordinate follow-up activities with the revenue team.
• Manage prospect, client, and opportunity records in CRM systems.
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations.
• Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities.
• Coordinate special projects with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support executive communications and scheduling activities.
