DiDi Chuxing is seeking a Senior Manager/Director-level leader for Growth & Loyalty across LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica). You will build the partnerships growth engine from scratch, road-mapping with cross-functional teams, and running four-market campaigns end-to-end.

AI-driven analysis and strong commercial judgment are required to drive LTV, CAC, and margins. You’ll coordinate with Product, Marketing, Finance and BD to align timelines and ensure scalable partnership value.

Formación

• Proven track record delivering programs to completion without direct reports.
• Experience applying AI daily to analyze data and build models.
• Ability to design and execute end-to-end growth plans.
• Structured thinking with hypothesis-driven planning.
• Strong commercial judgment including CAC/LTV and margins.
• Hands-on analytics with SQL and advanced spreadsheets; run experiments.

Responsabilidades

• Design the partnerships growth engine from scratch.
• Create a roadmap with milestones, dependencies, gates and business cases.
• Run end-to-end campaign portfolio across four markets.
• Own activation, retention paths by cohort and optimize LTV/CAC.
• Translate plans into product and platform requirements.
• Align Directors and Senior Managers to the plan.
• Leverage AI for analysis, models, dashboards, and incrementality.
