DiDi Global is seeking a Senior Growth & Partnerships leader for LATAM, including Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Costa Rica. You will design the partnerships growth engine, align cross‑functional teams, and drive activation, retention, and revenue from partner networks.

You will build models, dashboards, and experiments to inform strategy, work across Product, Marketing, and Finance, and own the end‑to‑end partnership portfolio with a strong emphasis on AI‑enabled analysis and impact.

Formación

• Agency leadership; deliver programs without direct reporting lines.
• Daily use of AI to analyze data, build models, and compress work.
• Hands-on, in-trenches execution with strong judgment.
• Ability to foresee implications on P&L, product, and teams.
• Structured thinking with clear milestones and hypotheses.
• Commercial fluency in unit economics, CAC/LTV, margins.
• 7+ years in strategy, growth, marketplace, or partnerships; multi‑market; fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Design the partnerships growth engine and playbooks.
• Create a roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and business cases.
• Manage end-to-end campaign portfolio across four markets.
• Define activation paths and guardrails for CAC and margins.
• Translate plan into product and platform requirements with engineering.
• Align Directors and Senior Managers to a shared timeline.
• Operate with AI-driven analyses, dashboards, and incrementality.
