McKinsey & Company in Mexico City is seeking a growth marketing professional to help create and execute growth strategies for digital sales, building paid media programs across social and owned channels.

You will analyze data, generate insights, tell stories with data, and work with data scientists, engineers, and marketers to drive outcomes for clients. The role is based in our Mexico City office within Growth, Marketing & Sales and offers mentoring and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing industry.
• Knowledge of primary paid media, own media & analytics tools.
• English and Spanish communication proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Help create and execute the growth strategy for McKinsey clients' digital sales.
• Build top-performing B2B and B2C paid media programs across multiple platforms and owned channels.
• Generate insights and verify them with marketing teams and key decision-makers.
• Tell stories with data and enable growth marketing to make strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, analysts and researchers to activate insights for clients.

Bilingual English/Spanish

Educación

Bachelor's degree in economics, business or engineering
