Trivelta in Monterrey seeks a Senior Software Engineer to own the design and delivery of systems within our Growth engine. You will drive platform-wide attribution, retention strategies, and affiliate tooling, guiding projects from architecture to production operation.

The role emphasizes breaking down ambiguity, mentoring engineers, and maintaining high-code quality while partnering with Product and Design to manage scope with data-driven decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Owned a non-trivial system in production — designed it, shipped it, operated it, and lived with the consequences.
• Strong design judgment: can tell which abstractions merit complexity and which are speculative.
• Demonstrated mentorship and ability to improve others through code reviews and coaching.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design and delivery of systems within the Growth domain from architecture through production operation.
• Decompose large, ambiguous projects into parallel workstreams and identify hard parts early.
• Write design docs and architecture decision records that endure over years.
• Set the coding bar toward clarity, and introduce helpful abstractions.
• Design testing strategy and improve CI reliability to enable confident shipping.
• Lead incident investigations and publish blameless postmortems with actionable items.
• Mentor engineers and use code reviews as coaching surfaces.
• Partner with Product and Design to balance scope with data and business impact.
• Translate technical risk into business consequences and communicate early with options.
