Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in workplace, employee experience, events, or a closely related field.
• Experience managing complex, multi-site real estate and facilities operations at scale.
• Proven ability to plan and execute high-quality events for internal and external audiences.
• Strong budgeting skills and vendor accountability to drive cost efficiency.
• Clear storytelling skills to reinforce brand and culture through experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global workplace and facilities strategy for 12 offices in 12 countries.
• Lead leasing, build-outs, vendor management, and space planning.
• Ensure offices reflect culture and meet safety/compliance standards.
• Partner with Finance and Legal on real estate renewals and expansions.
• Build regional workplace teams and maintain budget frameworks across events.
