PayJoy, Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Lead of Employee Experience to own how our people feel—from onboarding to culture-defining moments. This senior role oversees a global office portfolio, leads internal and external events, and partners with Finance and Legal on real estate decisions.

You will build scalable workplace processes, strengthen vendor relationships, and shape the employee experience across geographies while maintaining a hands-on, operational mindset in a fast-moving company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in workplace, employee experience, events, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-site real estate and facilities operations at scale.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing high-quality events — both internal and external/customer-facing.
• Strong operational mindset: you build systems, manage budgets rigorously, and hold vendors accountable.
• A natural communicator and storyteller who understands brand and knows how to build culture through experience.
• Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to define scope in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and day-to-day operations for a multimillion-dollar portfolio of 12 offices in 12 countries, including leasing, build-outs, vendor management, and space planning.
• Ensure all offices reflect our culture, meet safety and compliance standards, and scale with our growth.
• Partner with Finance and Legal on real estate decisions, renewals, and expansions.
• Build and manage regional workplace teams and third-party partners.
• Establish repeatable processes, vendor relationships, and budget frameworks that raise the quality bar across all events.
