Ball Corporation seeks a Director of Global Payroll Operations to define and execute a worldwide payroll strategy, ensuring accurate and compliant services across regions. The role leads governance, risk management, standardization, and operational excellence while aligning with business growth and regulatory needs.

The leader partners with cross-functional teams to shape payroll delivery, leverage automation, and deliver a superior employee experience globally.

Formación

• Minimum of a completed bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; master's degree preferred.
• Progressive experience in global payroll management or shared services leadership.
• Expertise in global labor laws, tax regulations and payroll governance.
• Experience managing global payroll teams, vendors and compliance in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive payroll transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a global payroll strategy ensuring adherence with local and international laws.
• Establish governance frameworks to mitigate payroll-related compliance risks.
• Partner with Legal, Audit, and Compliance to strengthen controls.
• Harmonize payroll processes using automation and self-service tools.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce processing time and errors.
