Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in workplace, employee experience, events, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-site real estate and facilities operations at scale.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing high-quality events — both internal and external/customer-facing.
• Strong operational mindset: you build systems, manage budgets rigorously, and hold vendors accountable.
• A natural communicator and storyteller who understands brand and knows how to build culture through experience.
• Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to define scope in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Global Workplace & Facilities: Lead strategy and day-to-day operations for a multimillion-dollar portfolio of 12 offices in 12 countries, including leasing, build-outs, vendor management, and space planning.
• Ensure all offices reflect our culture, meet safety and compliance standards, and scale with our growth.
• Partner with Finance and Legal on real estate decisions, renewals, and expansions.
• Build and manage regional workplace teams and third-party partners.
• Establish repeatable processes, vendor relationships, and budget frameworks that raise the quality bar across all event areas.
