Job summary

Walmart Mexico City is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead People Solutions Shared Services, manage policies, and drive payroll integration projects. The role requires collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient HR operations.

Responsibilities include onboarding, data accuracy, and ongoing process improvements, with a focus on policy adherence, employee engagement, and Workday optimization across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or equivalent.
• 10+ years HR experience, 5+ years in People Shared Services.
• Deep knowledge of SSC business, COE and HRBP concepts.
• Payroll system knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of labor laws, welfare benefits and pay.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement People policies and procedures in line with local law.
• Assist in People Solutions projects, process design and SOP standards.
• Support payroll provider implementation and vendor liaison.
• Manage People Solutions Shared Services and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Maintain master data accuracy and compliance.
