AMS is a global leader in talent outsourcing and recruitment. We are seeking Sourcers who partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies and to present qualified, engaged candidates for client roles.

In this role, you will act as a Trusted Adviser, build strong relationships with recruiters, and work with our Talent Intelligence team to leverage data and market insights.

Formación

• Act as a Trusted Adviser.
• Work with Recruiters to develop close working relationships that deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Contribute to recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls with Hiring Managers, leaving the discussion with a detailed understanding of the client’s business and the requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Be accountable for the delivery of high quality, engaged candidate shortlists to your Hiring Managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies and influence conversations with clients using data, market trends and Talent Intelligence.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to share candidate feedback and adapt the recruiting strategy.
