AMS in Monterrey seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to drive end-to-end recruitment strategies, partnering with hiring managers and leaders to align talent with business goals.

You will leverage labor market insights, direct sourcing, and structured interviews to attract high-quality candidates, delivering a transparent, high-touch experience for all applicants, across diverse backgrounds.

Formación

• Experience with full-cycle recruitment in corporate or agency environments.
• Proven ability to influence hiring decisions and coach managers on structured interviewing techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of direct-sourcing techniques, Boolean search logic, and passive talent engagement strategies.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters) and candidate management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent practical industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define role specs, target profiles, selection criteria, and timelines.
• Provide business leaders with labor market data, salary benchmarks, and hiring guidance.
• Manage end-to-end hiring pipeline from sourcing to negotiation and pre-onboarding alignment.
• Execute direct-sourcing and headhunting campaigns via LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit, delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR and total rewards to draft offers and maximize acceptance rates.
• Track recruitment metrics in ATS to optimize hiring workflows.
