Formación

• Must have ATS administration, recruitment coordination, and reporting.
• Strong in interview scheduling, offer processing, and recruitment administration.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, Excel, and HR systems, or the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
• Strength in attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and data integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Apply your reporting, data analysis, and ATS administration skills to support recruitment operations and maintain data accuracy.
• Use your coordination and organizational skills to manage high-volume interview scheduling and offer processes.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless hiring experience.
• Contribute to recruitment efficiency and reporting objectives by leveraging your expertise in Excel, ATS platforms, and HR systems.
• Drive improvements in recruitment administration and reporting processes through attention to detail and analytical thinking.
