Job summary

Nemak is seeking a Senior leader to drive Global Talent Attraction, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (D&I), Wellbeing and Top Employers initiatives. You will establish global governance, analytics and scalable programs that enhance candidate experience and employee engagement across regions.

The role requires extensive HR project leadership, success factors expertise, and fluency in English and Spanish, with a focus on cross-cultural collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, HR, Psychology or related field is required.
• Master's degree in HR/Management or related discipline is desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in global sourcing, recruitment and selection processes.
• 1+ year of onboarding experience with SuccessFactors.
• 4+ years of experience managing global HR projects and cross-regional initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors), KPIs, dashboards and analytics.
• 2+ years of experience driving HR Certifications and coordinating action plans.
• Experience in D&I programs, assessments, frameworks and processes desirable.
• Targeted Selection certification or similar is required.
• Proficient English and Spanish are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead global D&I strategy and coordinate initiatives across regions.
• Review and enhance HR processes to align with D&I principles.
• Design and improve D&I programs focusing on diverse talent development.
• Oversee global Wellbeing strategy and partner with Wellbeing Champions.
• Manage global Talent Attraction processes, tools and standards.
• Establish recruitment KPIs, dashboards and audit processes.
• Deliver capability-building for Talent Attraction teams and HR.
• Maintain dashboards for D&I, Talent Attraction and Top Employers.
• Coordinate global Top Employers certification and improvement actions.
• Advise regional stakeholders on initiatives to improve employee experience.
