Job summary

Nemak is seeking a Global Talent Attraction and D&I Leader to drive the execution and continuous improvement of worldwide talent strategies across regions from Monterrey. This role establishes global processes, governance and analytics to strengthen the employee and candidate experience, advance diverse talent, and align HR practices with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading global sourcing, recruitment and selection.
• 1+ year onboarding experience with SuccessFactors onboarding module.
• 4+ years managing global HR projects across regions.
• 3+ years HR systems, KPIs, dashboards and analytics.
• 2+ years driving HR Certifications and coordinating action plans.
• Targeted Selection certification or similar required.
• Proficient English and Spanish are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and improvement of Nemak's global D&I and Wellbeing strategies.
• Review, develop and enhance HR processes and policies.
• Design and implement D&I programs focused on diverse talent.
• Lead global Wellbeing strategy initiatives with Wellbeing Champions.
• Manage global Talent Attraction processes, tools and standards.
• Establish recruitment performance indicators and audit processes.
• Design and deliver capability-building for Talent Attraction and HR teams.
• Design dashboards and reporting for D&I, Talent Attraction and Top Employers.
