Qualifications

• Education: Engineering Degree or related.
• Technical competences: Problem Solving, Project Management, Agile process.
• Experience: Project Management Certification, Process Architecture.
• Languages: English advanced.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Value Chain that maps all the business processes for the organization and identify the processes to be designed and installed.
• Lead process-related projects to map process steps, owners and gaps for improvement and efficiency.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and a process culture across the organization.
• Support strategic transformation portfolio projects and define project schedules with the PM team.
