Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication or related field required.
• 1–2 years in Internal/Corporate Communications or event planning.
• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies across topics.
• Manage channels (MyNemak, Employee App, on-site screens).
• Plan and coordinate the Nuestra Gente magazine and Nemak Informa newsletter.
• Lead HSE Month communications and Your Voice surveys program.
• Create engaging content (videos, infographics, announcements).
