Job summary

Nemak Mexico is seeking a senior HRIT professional to own MX Payroll integrations, monitor and troubleshoot interfaces, and ensure accuracy and compliance across payroll systems.

You will manage demand intake for MX HR applications, maintain backlogs, and drive global HR IT initiatives. English required; German desired. The role requires SAP HCM/Payroll experience and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Administration.
• SAP HCM certification required; MX Payroll and Business Process Analyst certifications desired.
• 6+ years of experience in IT landscape, SAP HCM/Payroll/Time, SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrations.
• 4+ years with SAP Integration Suite (CPI/IBTP) and Project & Change Management.
• Strong MS Office skills and SAP Module expertise.
• English proficiency required; German intermediate desired.

Responsibilities

• Own MX Payroll integrations: monitor, troubleshoot, validate integrations.
• Manage demand intake for MX HR applications and payroll-related enhancements.
• Maintain backlog and roadmap aligned with global HR digital strategy.
• Improve HR applications, analytics, and SLAs/KPIs during payroll periods.
• Provide global support for HR interfaces and collaborate with IT & Vendors.
• Data governance, KPI usage, and Power BI dashboards.
• Vendor management for MX payroll interfaces and global integrations.
• Lead change management, UAT, training; update runbooks.
• Collaborate within HR–IT governance and with HR Operations MX, COEs, SSC, global HRIS.
• Plan and execute HRIS upgrade and system integrations.
