Nemak in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a qualified professional to lead employee services, overseeing industrial cafeterias, transportation management, and related wellbeing initiatives. The role requires 3–4 years in relevant fields, a Bachelor’s degree, NOM-251 and Distintivo H certifications, and advanced English. You will manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and partner with the Union to sustain positive labor relations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or related field.
• 3–4 years in Logistics, Industrial Cafeteria Management, Employee Transportation Management, or related continuous improvement.
• Certifications NOM-251 and Distintivo H are required.
• Experience with Health and Safety Regulations and budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee delivery of high‑quality food and products by monitoring operations and shifts.
• Ensure transportation services run on time and optimize routes.
• Promote health and wellness through cafeterias, outlets, and wellness programs.
• Provide Nemak Mexico employees access to city services and resources.
• Manage budgets and expenses, driving cost-saving initiatives across Nemak Mexico.
• Implement market trends to enhance employee services and offerings.

Objective

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality food and products by monitoring sales, employee shifts, and preferences; obtain the annual Distintivo H certification.
• Ensure transportation services arrive on time and as scheduled; continuously identify opportunities for process reengineering and route optimization.
• Promote a culture of health and wellness through various food offerings, including cafeterias, Sigma outlets, Healthy Corners, Snack Corners, vending machines, and wellness challenges.
• Provide Nemak Mexico employees with access to essential city services and resources.
• Manage and control budgets and expenses for Nemak Mexico.
• Manage and oversee cost-saving initiatives and projects across Nemak Mexico.
• Implement market trends and strategies to enhance employee services and organizational offerings.

Position Requirements

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business (or related field).
• Experience : Minimum 3–4 years in Logistics, Industrial Cafeteria Management, Employee Transportation Management & Continuous Improvement Projects
• Certifications : NOM-251 and Distintivo H.
• Experience: Health and Safety Regulations, Logistics, Personnel Administration, Budget Management
• Technical Knowledge:
• Expertise: Industrial cafeterias, employee transportation, and labor unions.
• Safety and Health Standars
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, Financial Planning, Change Management, problem-solving, and Negotiating.
• Languages: Advanced English (oral and written).
