Job summary

Google Operations Center seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Mexico to manage end-to-end technical recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and final hiring decisions. You will act as TA POC for a technical unit, attract candidates across channels, and ensure a smooth onboarding for new hires.

We value 4–6 years in technical recruiting, strong English/Spanish communication, and the ability to influence senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in technical recruiting.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish with stakeholders across levels.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as the TA point of contact for a specific technical Business Unit.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels.
• Manage the complete application process, screening, and assessments.
• Facilitate interviews and convey decisions to candidates advancing to final rounds.
• Provide hiring recommendations using data-driven approaches.
