DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a senior member for its Courier Labs team to drive capacity model research and implement new capacity forms. You will lead end-to-end supply growth strategies, including pipeline management, contracting improvements, and onboarding optimizations.

Formación

• 5+ years in franchise operations or supply growth.
• Strong innovation mindset with risk awareness and balanced compliance.
• Strategy formulation with data driven insights and process optimization.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent English proficiency for business communication.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct capacity model research and define optimal vendor/rider profiles.
• Lead exploration and implementation of new capacity models.
• Formulate and execute overall supply and rider growth strategies, including onboarding and conversion improvements.
