DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Finance Business Partner for its Delivery business to act as a financial navigator and strategic partner. You will embed with Operations, Growth, and Marketing teams, linking spend and incentives to measurable outcomes across B2C and C2C delivery.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable challenging proposals while partnering with business stakeholders. This role emphasizes AI-driven process improvements and strong financial discipline.

Formación

• 3–6 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering with a track record of influencing decisions.
• Proven financial modeling experience with scenario analysis and unit economics.
• Strong education in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Delivery Ops, Growth, and Marketing to embed financial discipline.
• Own unit economics, build models, and run rolling forecasts for decision-making.
• Monitor spend, perform variance analysis, and provide executive-ready summaries.
• Lead AI-enabled process improvements, automate routine finance tasks, and upskill teammates.
• Support day-to-day finance operations including accruals and month-end close.
