DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a capable team member for the Courier Labs group within SSL Delivery to drive innovative capacity models and end-to-end supply growth strategies in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will explore new models from concept to scaled implementation, collaborate across functions, and shape vendor and rider profiles while maintaining compliance and English-language excellence.

Formación

• Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in franchise operations or supply growth; background in on-demand delivery, instant retail, or food delivery platforms is preferred.
• Innovation & Risk Management: Strong innovation mindset with the ability to think outside the box; proactively explore new industry models and opportunities while maintaining strong risk awareness and effectively balancing innovation with compliance.
• Strategy & Process Capabilities: Exceptional strategy formulation skills with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions through data-driven insights; experienced in process optimization and capable of driving business process standardization and efficiency improvements.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Proven team leadership experience with excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to effectively drive cross-departmental initiatives.
• Language Skills: Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; capable of using English as a working language for business communication and cross-cultural collaboration (Required).
• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with vendor management or rider operations systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Capacity Model Research & Innovation: Conduct in-depth research on various capacity models, understand the business logic of on-demand intra-city delivery, and explore and define optimal vendor profiles, rider profiles, and employment models.
• New Model Exploration & Implementation: Lead the team in exploring innovative capacity models and drive new capacity forms from proof of concept to scaled implementation.
• End-to-End Supply Growth Management: Formulate and execute overall supply and rider growth strategies, including pipeline management, contracting strategy optimization, onboarding process design, and conversion rate improvement; take accountability for supply quantity and quality outcomes.
