Job summary

EDAG Group in Puebla, Mexico is seeking a Sales Operations professional to manage schedules, documentation, and CRM workflows, while coordinating across sales, technical, quality and finance teams.

You will generate pipeline, prepare quotes and contracts, support order processing, and liaise with customers. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in sales processes, ERP/CRM familiarity, strong data analysis, and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related
• +5 years of experience in sales processes and cycles
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
• Proficiency in OFFICE software
• Capacity to generate ideas through data analysis
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints diplomatically
• Attention to detail
• Fluent English

• Managing schedules, meetings, and documentation
