Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Veracruz seeks a Global Procurement Indirect Sr Coordinator – POS to develop and execute sourcing strategies for POS materials and services, partnering with Merchandising and Finance to optimize cost, service, and innovation.

You will influence cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, matrix environment. You will lead supplier negotiations, contract implementations, and risk management while driving productivity and TCO improvements in a regional program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and program management skills.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to support decision‑making.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and AI for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of the POS sourcing strategy to drive cost, service, and innovation improvements.
• Lead RFPs, negotiations, and contract implementations with POS suppliers.
• Own supplier relationships end‑to‑end and track KPIs.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation recommendations for supply continuity.
• Deliver annual productivity and TCO improvement opportunities within the category.
• Lead development and tracking of category AOP commitments and variances.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, and local teams to align sourcing with commercial priorities.
