PepsiCo is seeking a Global Procurement Analyst to join our team and help identify and prioritize sourcing and value-creation opportunities across North America Facilities. You’ll work with Category Managers, Procurement, Plant Maintenance, Planning, and other stakeholders to uncover opportunities related to spend, suppliers, pricing, compliance, contracting, and inventory.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in Supply Chain Maintenance, Maintenance Planning, Materials Planning, Operations, or Spare Parts Inventory.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and the ability to analyze spend, suppliers, POs, invoices and inventory data.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI/Power Query experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into business insights.
• Understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or commercial processes.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and transform large datasets from SAP and other sources to identify sourcing, cost savings, compliance, supplier and inventory opportunities.
• Analyze purchasing and supplier data (POs, invoices, spend, inventory) to identify trends, gaps, and process improvements.
• Build and maintain Excel models, Power BI dashboards, and trackers to support decisions.
• Partner with Procurement, Plant Maintenance, Planning, and Category teams to validate insights.
• Support sourcing, supplier consolidation, pricing, RFX, and contracting initiatives with data-driven insights.
• Prioritize opportunities that maximize value and impact for PepsiCo.
