Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead a large-scale POS transformation program for a major retailer in Latin America. You will serve as an embedded, trusted delivery leader partnering with client executives to drive strategic initiatives across POS, supply chain and store operations.

You will coordinate globally distributed teams, lead governance, and evolve delivery approaches in hybrid and scaled Agile environments to achieve measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale retail or omnichannel transformation programs.
• Exposure to modern POS platforms, digital commerce, and store technology ecosystems.
• Strong consulting background with client-facing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and transformation at scale.
• Experience working across LATAM or global distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale POS transformation program across multiple workstreams.
• Embed within client leadership; align on priorities, governance, and operating rhythms.
• Establish governance, manage risks, scope, budget, timelines, and quality; report with KPIs.
