Watershed is seeking a senior People Operations leader to build the operating model and global infrastructure in Mexico City. The role will focus on defining workflows, managing compliance, and ensuring scalable HR systems.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in HR, a strong background in vendor management, and HRIS expertise. This position involves leading global operations with a significant focus on US and international compliance.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in People Operations / HR operations in a scaling organization.
• Experience leading teams or being a hands-on player-coach in a small, high-output People function.
• Deep HRIS experience including system configuration, data governance, workflows, and reporting.
• Prior ownership/oversight of benefits and payroll operations in the US.
• Comfort learning and applying employment-law/compliance requirements across geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Own the People Ops operating model and define workflows across teams.
• Build scalable infrastructure for HR systems and data.
• Design a durable approach to employee inquiries and knowledge management.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance and risk management.
• Lead vendor and partner strategy for outsourcing versus in-house.
