Watershed is hiring a Manager for the Customer Data Services team in Mexico City. You will lead seven Data Specialists, ensure high-quality data outputs, and drive operational excellence in a growing, mission-driven company.

The role emphasizes coaching, customer-facing communications, and AI-enabled process improvements. The position requires 8+ years of experience with 2+ years in people management, and fluency in English.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional experience in services, operations, or customer-facing roles.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success managing a services, operations, or customer-facing team.
• Strong operator who uses data to drive decisions and builds repeatable systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; coaching others is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Data Specialists.
• Own the team’s quality, responsiveness, and review processes.
• Coach team members on communication and customer-facing skills; cover calls when needed.
• Drive day-to-day operations, prioritize work, and manage capacity across customers.
• Support data problem solving, scalability, and risk identification.
• Lead strategic initiatives and AI-driven process improvements.
