Watershed seeks an Accounting Manager to own global GL, close, audit prep, and tax compliance across geographies. You’ll guide a growing team, ensure controls, and deliver timely, audit-ready reporting under US GAAP. Experience with multi-entity structures and ERP optimization is essential.

You’ll collaborate with Tax, FP&A, Legal, and Tech Accounting and help scale processes as Watershed expands its international footprint, including Mexico City offices.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in SaaS or tech companies.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and technical accounting experience.
• Experience leading audit preparation and multi-entity reporting.
• Bachelor's in accounting/finance; CPA/CPC or international equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own global general ledger, close process, intercompany accounting, and consolidations.
• Lead and mentor accounting team; ensure accurate financial reporting and controls.
• Manage US GAAP financial statements and cash flow from scratch; flux analysis.
• Coordinate external audits and tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Partner on ERP configuration and automation to improve processes.
