Safeguard Global is hiring a HR Services Manager to provide HR guidance on Mexico employment laws as part of our GEO offering, serving as the employer of record for international workers.

This remote/hybrid role collaborates with clients and internal teams to manage onboarding, contracts, payroll, compliance, and HR policy updates across multiple countries.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Industrial Relations or HR, with 3+ years generalist HR experience and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or HR.
• At least 3 years as a generalist HR professional.
• Experience with Employment Terminations and payroll is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main HR contact across the worker life cycle.
• Support onboarding for GEO workers with Operations.
• Ensure legal compliance of policies, contracts, and practices.
• Develop and maintain employment contracts (Starters, Leavers, Extensions).
• Advise on salary analysis and career progression where applicable.
• Support on HR projects and regulatory updates.
