Watershed is seeking a Manager on the Customer Data Services team in Mexico City to lead seven Data Specialists and drive high-quality data services for global customers. You will own team quality metrics, coach on communications, and guide day-to-day operations while advancing AI integrations and cross-functional collaboration.

You will contribute to strategic initiatives, build scalable processes, and help shape an inclusive, high-performance culture in a rapidly growing environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional experience with 2+ years managing a services, operations, or customer-facing team.
• Experience in consulting or a B2B SaaS environment is ideal.
• Strong coaching and people development skills in a fast-growing setting.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfort with applying AI to improve team efficiency and outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Data Specialists in Mexico City.
• Own team quality and responsiveness metrics; establish review habits for accuracy.
• Coach team on customer-facing communication and documentation; cover calls when needed.
• Drive day-to-day operations, capacity planning, and blockers removal.
• Help Data Specialists solve data problems with scalable approaches and tools.
• Own strategic initiatives to raise quality, efficiency, and value.
• Lead the AI transition and manage associated change across workflows.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sustainability, Customer Success, and PM leadership.
• Be an early leader in the Mexico City office, promoting inclusive, mission-driven culture.
