HP in Mexico seeks a People Relations and Compliance Specialist to support global HR compliance programs, crisis management, policy governance, and audits. You will coordinate cross-functional activities with HR, risk, and legal teams to drive governance and operational readiness across the People Organization.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in HR compliance, employee and labor relations, and risk management, with strong project management and reporting skills.

Formación

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, Compliance, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications in HR, Compliance, Audit, Risk, or Project Management are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support Global HR Crisis Management administration and governance.
• Coordinate Business Continuity Management governance activities.
• Assist HR Policy Management, reviews, and publication processes.
• Support internal and external HR audits, including evidence collection and action tracking.
• Provide operational support across Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Compliance.
