Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Mexico City seeks a People Experience Partner for Global Technology Center/Packaging Functions. You will drive local execution of global HR programs, serve as the heartbeat of the employee journey, and partner with leaders to translate policies into practical solutions.

You will optimize service delivery, coach leadership, and use data analytics to improve workforce planning and employee relations, gaining broad exposure across business units while shaping a proactive,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
4+ years of experience in human resources or related business functions.
Experience using HR data analytics and workforce planning to diagnose issues, identify trends, and inform decisions.
Proven ability to manage multiple HR initiatives and drive process improvements in a matrixed org.
Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

Drive the local execution of global HR programs in partnership with PBPs and COEs.
Collaborate with COEs, Ethics & Compliance, and Legal to implement initiatives and resolve employee relations cases.
Enhance the employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to offboarding and major transitions.
Coach managers on leadership, performance management, and employee relations.
Use workforce analytics to identify trends and translate insights into actionable solutions.
Drive HR operations improvements leveraging AI, digital tools, and self-service portals.
