Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. is seeking an experienced HR partner to deliver technology-enabled employee experiences within a regional people partnership team. You will support client groups, business units, and geographies while driving standardization and improved employee experiences.

The role requires working with regional leaders, applying sound judgement, and guiding through appropriate escalation when regional or specialist input is needed. Travel regionally or globally may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum six years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting leaders in complex, matrixed organizations and in shared-service, clustered, or tiered models.
• Ability to manage complex people matters with sound judgement and appropriate escalation.
• Experience using people analytics, HRIS, and AI-enabled tools to support decisions.

Job Description

About the Role

In this role, you will help deliver consistent, technology-enabled employee experiences as part of a regional people partnership team. You will provide specialist people support to assigned client groups, business units, functions, and geographies while contributing to broader people activities across the region. Working with regional people leadership, business leaders, specialist teams, and people solutions colleagues, you will help address complex people matters and support leaders through key people processes. You will play a key role in enabling consistent practices, effective collaboration, and appropriate escalation when regional or specialist support is needed. Your work will contribute to improved service quality, greater standardization, stronger employee experiences, and adoption of the regional people delivery model.

How You Will Contribute

• Provide people partnership support to assigned client groups and leaders in alignment with regional priorities.
• Coach and advise leaders on complex people matters, applying sound judgment and seeking regional, legal, or specialist input when required.
• Coordinate across people teams to ensure matters receive the appropriate level of support and escalation.
• Implement agreed people initiatives in collaboration with business leaders, specialist teams, and people solutions colleagues.
• Apply standardized people processes while supporting leaders with routine people activities and improving tools and ways of working.
• Champion digital people solutions by helping leaders adopt self-service, people data, analytics, and artificial intelligence-enabled tools.
• Share insights and feedback from cases and leader interactions to improve service quality, standardization, employee experience, and regional practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum six years of progressive Human Resources experience, including strong generalist experience in regional or global environments.
• Experience supporting leaders in complex, matrixed organizations and working within shared-service, clustered, or tiered people models.
• Ability to manage complex people matters with sound judgment, appropriate escalation, and awareness of local employment requirements.
• Working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent, succession, learning, rewards, mobility, talent acquisition, organization design, and change activities.
• Experience using people analytics, Human Resources information systems, digital platforms, and artificial intelligence-enabled tools to support decisions and improve ways of working.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, facilitation, coaching, and collaboration skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work effectively through ambiguity and travel regionally or globally as required.
