Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with TA-specific technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HiredScore, SuccessFactors ATS).
• Proven sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Proficient English communication.
• Ability to advise and influence candidates in a consultative manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for business clients by sourcing, reviewing resumes, and moving candidates through interviews.
• Conduct kick-off conversations with hiring managers and support job description creation.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to understand talent needs.
• Drive process improvements for recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience.
• Communicate measurable success metrics and trends to stakeholders.
• Leverage talent market knowledge and tools to influence sourcing and mapping.
