Flywire seeks a Payment Operations Associate, Payins to streamline payment processing, improve fund movement, and support Payments, Payouts, and Customer Support teams. You will identify, reconcile, and resolve payment issues across currencies and accounts.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, collaboration, and solving problems to help customers pay with ease and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Undergrad degree with 1–2 years in payments/banking
• Strong payments identification and reconciliation skills
• Experience with bank/partner reporting is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and deadlines
• Good communication and ability to work in a team

Responsabilidades

• Identify and match incoming payments to bookings
• Reconcile accounting entries across global accounts and currencies
• Investigate and resolve unmatched/misapplied payments with teams/partners
• Troubleshoot bank and partner reporting for accuracy
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements
